Red Works furniture and Homewares Pty Ltd, ABN 28 009 849 950 (herein referred to as Red Works) provides products and services to you subject to the following Terms, Conditions, notices and disclaimers as amended from time to time at the discretion of Red Works.

By accessing, browsing or utilising any or all of the products and service within this website, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to terms contained herein.

Red Works reserves the right to amend and change this site at its absolute discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your use of this website, you will be bound.


Red Works recognises that security for you the customer is paramount in deciding to do business with us. For this reason, when you use the Red Works Online Shopping web site, you can be confident that we employ the highest level of security to protect your orders and personal information. Please note that emails that you send from your email program or from the Red Works website are not currently protected by security encryption.

We do not store or have access to the credit card information you enter through PayPal's payment gateway. We are only informed whether or not the transaction has been authorised. Please do not send credit card details to us via email or on our website. If you do not wish to use PayPal’s secure payment gateway, we will ring you for your payment by credit card over the phone, or request for you to direct deposit to our bank account or send a personal or business cheque for payment of your goods.

The data you provide to our site will soon be protected by industry standard 128bit VeriSign digital encryption certificate.


Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and/or the provision of a false name and/or personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be reported to police and subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law. Trademarks

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you log on, place an order or register with us. This information is used solely for the processing of your order, delivery of your order, to allow us to contact you regarding your order, and to provide you with the best possible service.

We reserve the right to repeat comments about our products and service made in communications with us for marketing purposes.


An order placed by you is an offer to purchase a particular product(s) at the price and delivery charge specified on our web site. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Red Works. The offer is only accepted by Red Works when the goods are dispatched.

When you place an order with Red Works, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will again notify you once your order has been processed and is ready to ship. If there are any delays in supplying an item in your order we will notify you.

Red Works or its nominated carrier or agent will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address specified by you in your order. If you are unavailable to receive your goods, then an authorised signatory must be there, as goods will not be left unattended. Photo identification may be required.

If there is no one at the delivery address or no one of the prescribed age to receive the goods, then Red Works may charge you a 10% service fee. We reserve the right to apply or waive the 10% service fee at our absolute discretion. Once the goods are delivered and received by you or your authorised signatory, you will own the goods and it becomes your responsibility if they are lost, damaged or stolen.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure up-to-date product images and product specifications on our site, goods that you receive may differ.

Some products are photographed with additional props. Unless an item is listed in the description it is not included.


Red Works endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to despatch within 24hours of receiving you order. Occasionally we may run low on supply of popular items and may be required to wait on delivery from our supplier.If an item you have selected is not available for immediate despatch, we will always notify you of any delays, and if we are unable to fill your order in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase.

We deliver by Australia Post, Couriers Please or nominated furniture carriers anywhere in Australia. And Australia Post for all international deliveries. Delivery by Australia Post and Courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.

International Delivery is by Australia Post. We will confirm to you via email that your order has been despatched so that you will know to anticipate delivery in the following couple of days.

Delivery Guide within Australia

Major cities - 2-3 business days.

Remote Areas - 2-5 business days.

The indicative delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses , delivery times may be longer for remote areas. Delivery times are indicative only and Red Works does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence. Late delivery does not entitle cancellation of the order

As the majority of our deliveries are via Australia Post, our customers often request delivery to their work address so that parcels are not left unattended at home. Please nominate your preferred delivery address on check out – Red Works aim to make it as convenient for you as possible.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment. Payment must be received as cleared funds before goods will be despatched. All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Red Works may alter or vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on prior notice to you. For each order you place, you agree to pay the relevant applicable price at the time of placing the order.

Payments within Australia:

Payment for your order can be made via PayPal with MasterCard, Visa Card, AMEX, or direct deposit. If you choose to pay via PayPal express, your order details will be passed securely to PayPal during checkout. Security for the transaction is provided by PayPal using 128 bit SSL encryption. Note that you will need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.

We also accept Direct Deposit for payment and our bank details will be emailed upon request. To expedite your order if paying by direct deposit, please notify us of the transfer details and the order(s) to which it relates by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. We will commence processing your order as soon as we receive cleared funds in to our account. We will reserve the products you ordered for 2 working days. The full checkout process and all payment methods are secured by 128 bit SSL encryption. However, if you are still concerned with providing payment details over the Internet we provide an option where we will call you within one working day to obtain payment details over the phone.

International Billing:

Payment may be made by Paypal Express in Australian Dollars.

Red Works is unable to accept COD orders.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Red Works. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue an exchange or credit, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. All merchandise returns (whether defective or not) require prior authorisation from Red Works.

The customer is responsible for the return freight costs and Red Works is unable to refund shipping costs (other than for faulty items). In the case of an item being exchanged, the cost of postage will be re-charged to the customer on second delivery.

Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Red Works reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the following requirements for returns:

The goods must be in their original condition with all tags
Goods must be returned in their original packing and in their original new and unused condition with no missing parts.
Clothing must not have been worn or washed and must not smell of perfume.
If we have specially made the product or ordered the product at the customers request (ie: custom made items), we are unable to return these items .
Red Works accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transport of the return.
No exchanges or refunds available on sale items unless they are faulty.
We are unable to return earrings, underwear or body products.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date they were received by the customer

Procedure for Returning products and obtaining an Exchange or Refund:

Check the refund and returns requirements outlined on this page.

We will advise whether a refund or exchange is possible (Note: all refunds and returns are subject to inspection of the goods by Red Works staff once the item is returned by the customer).

Ensure that products are appropriately packaged so that they are not damaged during their return , and that they are not lost in transit during their return. The following information must accompany the goods:

Reason for the return

Once we receive the returned merchandise we will contact you to confirm receipt.
Subsequent shipping charges to return exchanged items from Red Works to the customer will be payable by the customer prior to dispatch of the exchanged items.


We will gladly refund, credit or exchange goods upon presentation of the original Red Works Tax Invoice if the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. We reserve the right to exchange, repair or correct the fault/defect rather than providing a refund. The appropriate returns policy must be followed for the refund, credit or exchange. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable if as a result of our error, the goods were supplied incorrectly. These delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as expressed here and Red Works reserves the right to apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at its absolute discretion.

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied on returns to cover processing and handling charges associated with the return.


You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping without penalty. Cancellations of custom made goods will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. Orders cancelled during or after processing will be subject to a 10% service fee payable immediately. Red Works reserves the right to apply or waive such fee at its absolute discretion.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Most products we sell also carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty terms and period will vary between manufacturers and products.

All claims for warranty service outside fourteen days should be firstly directed to the products manufacturer or authorised service centre. If you are then directed to return the product from whom you purchased, then you must contact us immediately to arrange the return.

Damage and Loss

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/item to the advised mailing address. Red Works undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Red Works insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit. The option to take Australia Post transit insurance will be offered to customers at the time of purchase. Australia Post transit insurance (replacement value) is chargeable at the rate of $ 1.00 per $ 100.00 value of goods.

Red Works does not endorse or recommend the products, services or content of the third party site nor does it take any responsibility for the contents of any linked web sites from that site. Red Works is absolved from any responsibility of any results as a consequence of you linking to these sites.


Red Works makes every attempt to ensure that the data shown on the web site is current and valid. Red Works provides this information without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied including the fitness for a particular purpose. Red Works cannot be held responsible for product data changes, discontinuation or typographical errors.

Limited Liability

Red Works will, to the extent permitted by law, not be liable to you or any other person under any circumstances for any loss of use, profit, revenue, interest, goodwill or data, or for any injury or death to any person, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages sustained or incurred by you, whether such liability arises directly or indirectly as a result of:

Any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of Red Works or its employees or agents;

The supply, performance or use of any products or services; or

Any breach by Red of its obligations under these terms and conditions or any relevant sales contract

Red Works does not promise that repair facilities or parts will be available in respect of the products.
