Delivery

Red Works endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch within 24hours of receiving you order. Occasionally we may run low on supply of popular items and may be required to wait on delivery from our supplier. If an item you have selected is not available for immediate dispatch, we will always notify you of any delays, and if we are unable to fill your order in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase.

We deliver by Australia Post, Couriers Please or nominated furniture carriers anywhere in Australia. Delivery by Australia Post and Courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday. We will confirm to you via email that your order has been dispatched so that you will know to anticipate delivery in the following couple of days. We will also advise you of your Australia Post tracking number so that you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au

Australia Post Delivery Guide within Australia:

Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra     3-4 business days.

Perth/Adelaide/Hobart/Darwin    5-6 business days.

Regional & Remote Areas              4 Days From Capital City

The indicative delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses, delivery times may be longer for remote areas. Delivery times are indicative only and Red Works does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence. Late delivery does not entitle cancellation of the order.

As the majority of our deliveries are via Australia Post, our customers often request delivery to their work address so that parcels are not left unattended at home. Please nominate your preferred delivery address on check out – Red Works aim to make it as convenient for you as possible.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for most items will be calculated at check-out. Freight for bulky items or special delivery requests are co-ordinated with you and the delivery company after check-out and are charged as per the delivery companies quote. 

Mela Purdie & Jewellery – Free delivery Australia-wide on orders over $200. Delivery on orders under $200 is calculated at a flat rate of $10 per order.

Trollbeads – Free delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post.
